水穩(wěn)砼基層表層的不同配比試件如何？

實驗室通過經(jīng)過一定數(shù)量的原材料試驗，進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計、擊實實驗，確定大干密度和佳含水量。然后以此配比制成試件，試件在規(guī)定溫度條件下保濕養(yǎng)護(hù)6天，浸水1天后，進(jìn)行無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度實驗。

（1）經(jīng)過對集料為砂、碎石、水泥和集料為粉煤灰、碎石、水泥的兩種配比試驗，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)摻加粉煤灰的水泥穩(wěn)定混合料不僅其和易性較好，而且試塊容易成型，成型后的試塊外觀較好，7天平均強(qiáng)度也較高。

（2）不同配比灰土試件，7天無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度在1.0mpa左右；而不同配比水穩(wěn)試件7天無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度在4～7mpa之間（采用325號普通水泥，水泥摻量5%～6%）。

（3）不同配比灰土試件經(jīng)幾次凍融循環(huán)后，抗壓強(qiáng)度幾乎沒有；而摻有水泥和粉煤灰的不同配比的水穩(wěn)試件，經(jīng)10次凍融循環(huán)后，仍可測得一定的強(qiáng)度。

通過觀測、分析不同配比的灰土基層板體性較差，干縮、溫縮系數(shù)大，這樣的基層表層受水浸泡后強(qiáng)度降低，在行車荷載反復(fù)作用下，容易被面層材料啃噬成粉末狀，易被滲進(jìn)的水混合成泥漿流走，逐漸使面層脫空，造成油面沉陷、龜裂、脫落，這就是瀝青路面病害產(chǎn)生的主要原因。
